3/4 Cup cinnamon
1 Tablespoon nutmeg
1 Tablespoon allspice
1 Cup applesauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and form into a ball. Cool in refrigerator for several hours. Roll out on flat surface 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut into different shapes using cookie cutters.
Use a drinking straw to make a hole for ribbon. Put ornaments on wax paper and allow to air dry, turning them twice a day until completely dried, usually 3 or 4 days. Tie a small piece of ribbon on each ornament to hang on the Christmas tree.

I try to make these every year, usually at Christmas. They make nice gifts and decorations. And, they sure make your house smell nice.
