4 squares Bakers Chocolate
1 cup water
1 Stick butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F

Melt chocolate, water and butter in a medium saucepan.
Add sugar and eggs and let cool

Whisk in a bowl the cooled chocolate mixture, flour, baking soda and salt.
Add buttermilk and vanilla.

Pour into a 9x13 greased baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.

When cool dust with confectioners sugar or use frosting of your choice.
