Ingredients:  
1 can cream style corn
1 cup milk
1 well beaten egg
1 cup cracker crumbs
1/4 cup minced onion
3 tbsp. chopped pimento
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup buttered cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat corn and milk in medium sauce pan.
2. Gradually stir in well beaten egg.
3. Add next 4 ingredients and a dash of pepper.
4. Mix well and pour into greased baking dish.
5. Sprinkle buttered crumbs over top.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
