gal. Potatoes peeled and quarter
1 (very) large Onion (chopped)
3 (18 oz) cans Mixed Vegetables (drained)
3 (16 oz) cans Northern Beans
3 (15 oz) cans Bunker Hill Stew Beef
3 (10 oz) cans Corn
4 (14.5 oz) cans Diced Tomatoes
1 Tbls. Salt (kosher) to taste


Directions:
Directions:
In a large Stockpot, Cook vegetables till done, cook beef separately, mix well all together.

This soup makes a large quantity and be can be frozen in individual containers.

If preferred, put in quart jars that have been washed and rinsed in very hot water.
Can at 10 lbs. pressure for 20 minutes. Let canner cool completely before removing.
