1 can Salmon, drained with fat and bones removed
1 Egg
1 Onion, chopped
3/4 cup Zatarain's Seasoned Fish Fry
Milk or Buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Pour salmon in bowl, add egg, onion, fish fry and milk (if needed for moisture). Mix well and form mixture into patties. Add oil to skillet until about 1/4 full and heat on stove until hot. Once oil is hot, add patties to skillet. Fry on each side until brown. Drain on paper towel.

Note: if additional oil is needed during frying, add before frying the next batch.
