5 Tb. Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
3 Tb. oil
I clove garlic, chopped
tsp. dried Italian seasoning
2 lbs. rRed potatoes, cut into 1- inch chunks

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine mustard, oil, garlic and Italian seasoning. Arrange potatoes on a lightly greased l 3x9x2 inch baking pan or a shallow baking pan. Pour mustard mixture over potatoes and toss to coat the well. (I put my potatoes in the mixing bowl and toss them and then put them on a pan. Bake at 425 for 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and crispy, stirring occasionally. Garnish with oregano.
