3 Onions, sliced into rings
4 tbsp Butter
3-4 can Beef Broth
1/2 cup Cooking Sherry
2-4 Beef Bouillon Cubes,
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
French Bread, sliced into 1in thick pieces
Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Mozzarella Cheese , thick slices

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion over medium heat in butter until golden brown. Combine all ingredients and simmer for 20 min. Pour into oven safe bowls. Top french bread with Parmesan cheese, toast until light brown. Put bread on top of both, add mozzarella cheese to top, boil in over until cheese melts.
