C balsamic vinegar
2 Tb extra virgin olive oil
tsp. black pepper corns, freshly ground
4 Vidalia onions

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In a small bowl, mix together the vinegar, olive oil and blk pepper. Place the onions on a large square of foil. Bring up the sides of the foil, add the liquid and seal the foil tightly into a packet. Set the packet on a baking sheet and place in oven. Bake for 50 minutes, or until the onions are tender. Serves 4.
