1 pounds carrots, scraped and cut into rounds or on the diagonal
1 small bell pepper, sliced thinly
1 medium onion, sliced thinly
1 can tomato soup
C salad oil
1 C sugar
vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. worcestershire
Salt to taste

Directions:
Boil the carrots until tender-crisp in salted water. Do not over cook! Drain at once. Place cooked carrots, pepper slices, and onion slices in layers and cover with the sauce, which is made by blending well the remaining ingredients. Refrigerate at least overnight. Keeps well.
