6 small potatoes
C margarine
1 Tb. flour
1 tsp. salt
tsp. pepper
1 C milk
2 C (8 oz.) cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Slice potatoes into thin sections. Place in a 1 quart casserole dish. In a separate dish, melt butter in microwave and mix with flour salt and pepper. Cook on high until bubbly (15-30 seconds). Stir in milk and cheese. Boil (1 to 3 minutes on high), then stir 1 minute. Pour cheese mixture over potatoes. Cover and cook on 60% power for 30 minutes. Stop and stir a few times during cooking. Cover with extra cheese the last 5-10 minutes, if desired.
