One medium size too large onion white
Cilantro about 5 tablespoons
Salt to taste
2- limes
2- cloves of minced garlic
Add your choice of pepper

Diced tomatoes dice onion Mints garlic
cut off stems of cilantro give it a rough chop
add your Choice of pepper
Squeeze limes and mix all together and let sit for
at least 30 minutes in refrigerator
