1½ C cooked turkey, in pieces
⅓ C each onions & celery, chopped 2 cloves garlic
1 can cream of mushroom so up
¼ C Sherry
1 tsp. oregano
½ C Parmesan cheese, divided
2 Tb chopped pimento, drained & pressed; divided
4 servings of spaghetti, cooked and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté' onions, celery & garlic. Stir into a mixture of the mushroom soup p and Sherry. Combine all with the spaghetti, except for half of the Parmesan Cheese and pimento to. Sprinkle the remaining cheese and pimento on top. Bake 375° for I 5 minutes or until bubbly.

Nice additions: grated sharp Cheddar cheese on top, black olives, mushrooms.

Diet: use low fat soup and Parmesan cheese
