Betsy Brooks (Grammy)


1 lb. ground chuck
1 medium onion, chopped
2 (16oz.) cans tomatoes
1 (15oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (12oz.) can tomato paste
4 Tablespoons prepared mustard
3 teaspoon chili powder
teaspoon intant minced garlic
teaspoon curry powder
teaspoon oregano
cup celery, diced
cup bell pepper, diced
salt & pepper to taste

1. Brown ground chuck. Drain.
2. Add remaining ingredients in large pot. Simmer for 30 - 45 minutes.
