Ingredients:  
4 - 5 lb. Chuck Roast
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
cup water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place roast in crock pot and sprinkle it with envelope onion soup mix.
2. Mix together celery, mushroom soups, and water together. Pour on top of onion soup mix/roast.
3. Cover & cook on low for 10 - 12 hours.

Can double soups & water if want extra gravy.
