3/4 c. sugar
3 T. corn starch
3 c. fresh or frozen rhubarb
2 c. peeled apples or strawberries
1 c. oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
vanilla ice cream (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl, combine sugar and cornstarch. Add fruit; toss to coat. Spoon into 8 in. sq. baking dish. In small bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, butter, flour and cinnamon until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until bubbly and fruit is tender. Serve warm with ice cream, if desired.
