"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Personal Notes:
Sr. Andrea says Fidelis and Ralph could make really good chili. She remembers one time the meat was butchered and ground on a Friday. F. J. and Ralph made a pot of chili. So, Saturday morning at 1 a.m. they and the Brown boys had a chili feast. (Remember, we couldn't eat meat on Fridays back then) These boys were great pals. Sister remembers visiting the Browns when she was 3 or 4 year old. They had this big house close to the Loran house. In the evenings Sister said they could hear their delco motor going.
