1 4 to 5 lb eye of the round roast
1/4 cup salad oil
2 TBSP lemon-pepper seasoning
1/2 cup wine vinegar
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except roast. Marinate roast in mixture for 1 to 3 days in refrigerator, turning at least once a day. Cook uncovered with marinade in Dutch oven at 250 degrees for 3 hours. Let cool completely or refrigerate overnight and serve with heated marinade.
