4 - 6 Pork Chops
1 can Golden Mushroom soup
½ soup can of water
1 onion, sliced & separated into rings
1 (1lb.) can sliced carrots, drained
Dash of thyme
Dash of parsley
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Place pork chops in oblong baking dish or pan.
3. Scatter onion rings & carrots over pork chops.
4. Mix soup, water, thyme, parsley together and pour over meat & vegetables.
5. Cover with aluminum foil & bake for 1 hour.

Serve with rice.

Note: Can use pieces of chicken instead of pork chops.

If you want extra gravy, double the soup & water.
