1 lb Italian Sausage, casings removed or bulk
1 lb lean ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 28 oz cans Cento Crushed Tomatoes
1 6 oz can tomato paste
⅓ cup red wine
2 tbsp sugar
1 or 2 tsp salt
1 tsp dried parsley (more if fresh)
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 cup sliced mushrooms

Brown the sausage and ground beef; add the diced onion and garlic and cook until translucent. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 2 hours.
