1/2 cup celery chopped
1/2 green pepper chopped
sliced radish
fresh chopped parsley
sliced pitted black olives
3 sliced hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1 package frozen green peas (do not cook or thaw)
2 cups mayonnaise
8 oz. shredded cheddar or swiss cheese
Bacos

Directions:
In 13 x 9 pan layer ingredients from bottom up in order listed ending with Bacos sprinkled on top. Wrap tightly and refrigerate overnight (or 6-8 hours).
