2 c spaghetti sauce
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 3/4 c Ricotta Cheese
1 1/2 c Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
12 Manicotti Shells

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350. Spread 3/4 cup sauce on bottom of 13x9 baking dish. Mix egg and cheese. Spoon cheese mixture into large zip-lock. Cut small hole a the corner of the zip-lock. Fill manicotti shells by squeezing mixture into both sides of each shell. Place filled manicotti on top of sauce in baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over shells. Cover with foil and bake 40 minutes.
