2 lb Nature's Greens Collard Greens
2 - 14oz. cans chicken broth
1 cups water
4 Tablespoons EVOO
teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
Red Pepper flakes (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring chicken broth, water, olive oil, salt, and pepper to a boil in a medium-size pot.
2. Add sugar, greens, and red pepper flakes and bring to a boil again.
3. Cover pot and cook on medium for 20 minutes or until desired tenderness.
