2 cups pumpkin
1 cup sugar
2T. flour
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. ginger
1/2 t. cloves
1/2 t. nutmeg
1 t. cinnamon
3 eggs
3 cups milk (half carnation evaporated milk)

Directions:

Mix in order given. Pour into a pie shell. Bake 425 for 15 min and reduce heat to 350 for 45 minutes.
