Dressing:
2 T. soy sauce
1/4 C. apple cider vinegar
1/2 C. sugar
3/4 C. canola or other oil

Salad:
1 package cole slaw mix
1 package broccoli slaw mix
2-3 green onions, finely chop
3-4 crushed garlic cloves
2 T. canola or other oil
2 packages Ramen noodles (broken up into small pieces)
1 T. sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dressing ingredients together and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Mix cole slaw mix, broccoli slaw mix, and green onions in a large bowl.

Saute Ramen noodles, sesame seeds, garlic and canola oil in saucepan until brown. Add to slaw mixture, top with dressing mixture, mix well.
