1 doz. oysters
1 cup enriched flour
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
⅓ cup oil
½ cup breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º

In a shallow bowl, seasoned flour, and roll 1 doz. oysters. Dip oysters into a slightly beaten egg, roll in breadcrumbs.
Sprinkle both sides with salad oil.

Bake in a shallow pan, until brown, about 15 minutes.
