2 cups flour
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1 cup vegetable oil
1 t. vanilla
2 cups sugar
1/2-1 cup chopped nuts
4 cups thinly sliced apples

Mix all ingredients together. Spoon into 9x13 pan and bake 350º for 45-60 minutes.

Frosting: 2 small pkgs. cream cheese, 3 T. melted butter, 1 t. vanilla; 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
