2 lb. bag frozen cubed hashbrowns - thaw for 30 minutes
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 can Cream of Chicken soup - undiluted
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Optional garnish - Crushed potato chips or Crispy Fried Onions

Directions:
Combine all ingredients except for the garnish & put into 9x13 baking dish - or similar size. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour. May need to cover if top gets too brown. Should be bubbly all around.
