Chicken French Recipe

3 boneless chicken breasts (cut in half)
3 eggs
1 cup flour
1 & 1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp. minced garlic
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup red cooking wine
1/4 cup lemon juice (at least this much, more if you like lemon)
6 slices Lorraine cheese

Pound chicken breasts between wax paper to flatten
Beat eggs in bowl
Dip chicken in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs
In skillet melt butter and add garlic
Add chicken and brown on both sides (about 3 min per side)
Place chicken in baking dish
Mix together liquids in skillet and boil for one minute
Pour liquid over chicken in baking dish
Bake at 350 for 20 min
Top with cheese and let melt
