2 lbs stew beef (cubed)
4 stalks celery cut up
4-5 potatoes cut up
3 onions cut up
1 can beef broth
1 can stewed tomatoes
4 carrots cut up
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste
5 tbsp. tapioca

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a roasting pan or Dutch oven, cover

Bake 4 hrs at 325º

No peaking while it cooks!

Named after my Grandma Mary who made this often and earned a nickname "Peakie" for her tendency to sneak a peak at other's hands while playing cards! My favorite childhood dish.
