Pepper sauce is typically southern and made by pouring vinegar over red hot peppers and allowing it to stand until spicy hot. Serve at table. It is added to greens a drop at a time.

Ralph and Fidelis made this sauce and we passed it around the table with greens..

Put peppers in a jar and pour vinegar over all. Stand till vinegar is spicy.
