Kalamata olives are large, black Greek olives that are very meaty in texture. Buy them with the pit in, as they have a lot more flavour.

Schneider's Grill'ems are great to have on hand. A few minutes per side on the grill and you have a very tasty grilled sausage. I like to serve these as a second meat.
