8 C grated cabbage
1 C grated carrots
1 C sweet mixed cubed pickles
2 Tb. mustard
1½ C ketchup
1 Tb brown sugar
1 small jar of pimento, chopped
1 Tb black pepper
½ Tb red pepper
1 Tb chili powder
1½ C mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients well. Will save up to 3 months in the refrigerator.
