8 oz cream cheese
2 cups shredded sharp cheese
1 jar chopped pimentos, drained (reserve juice)
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp Tony's pepper sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with a mixer. A little pimento juice may be added if needed to make moist. Chill and serve on white or wheat bread. Makes very good grilled cheese sandwiches.
