1 lb Jimmy Dean hot sausage (browned)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup rice, cooked
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp garlic
1 Tbsp Tony's pepper sauce
1 onion, chopped and caramelized
1 cup celery, chopped finely
1 jar sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sausage and all other ingredients together. Place in a lightly greased casserole dish. Top with more cheese. Bake at 350 until cheese melts and ingredients are hot, about 30 minutes.
