8 cups soft breadcrumbs
½ cup butter
1 lg onion grated
1½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. sage (more if to your taste)
¼ tsp. poultry season (more to your taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Tear bread or grate, ( or you can use bag Pepperidge farms bread crumbs)
Mix together crumbs, soft butter, onion, salt, and pepper.
Add desired seasoning. Toss together lightly. Makes 9 cups

( A 1Lb.Loaf of bread makes about 10 cups of breadcrumbs. ( Make sure the bread is atleast a week old.)
