2-packages None Such Condensed Mincemeat

1-1/2 C water

1-3 T sugar

1/4 C Bourbon (optiona)

8 inch pastry for double crust

NOTE: Double ingredients for 9 inch pie

A single jar of None Such Mincemeat can replace the boxed mincemeat; no water should be added. Sugar is optional depending on degree of sweetness desired.

1. Prepare pastry shell for double crust pie

2. Crumble mincemeat into small saucepan

3. Add water and sugar

4. Cook and stir over medium heat until lumps are thoroughly broken.

5. Cook one minute. Remove heat and stir in Bourbon(optional)

6. Cool

7. Cover with top crust and vent making four slashes in the top crust.

8. Bake at 425º F for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
