2 cups sifted flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup cooking oil
4 eggs
3 cups grated carrots
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all liquid ingredients . Gradually add dry ingredients. Add carrots and nuts. Spread in 9x13-inch glass pan, sprayed with Pam. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

¾ box powdered sugar
1 package (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
½ stick butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 or 3 tablespoons warm milk

Blend butter, cheese, and vanilla. Add powdered sugar. Blend several minutes. Add milk until mixture reaches the smoothness desired.
