2 lbs hamburger (I use a mixture of 80 lean)
1 medium onion (cut fine)
1 cup of breadcrumbs
½ cup of warm water
2 eggs (beaten)
Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Sauce

1 cup of barbecue sauce
¼ cup tomato catsup
¼ cup Heinz 57 Sauce
¼ cup brown sugar

Directions:

Pre-heat oven 300º

Mix together and make into meatballs (use an ice cream scoop for even balls)

Bake meatballs for 20 minutes, turn one at a time, heat the sauce ingredients, drain and pour over cooked meatballs.

These Meatballs can be made ahead and can be frozen. (better without sauce before freeze)
