1/2 lb beef stew meat
1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 cup medium-diced red potatoes
1 large carrot, halved lengthwise and sliced crosswise into half-moons
1 small onion, chopped
1 (14.5 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained and rinsed
2 (14.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes
1/4 cup honey barbecue sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup beef broth
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 Bay leaf

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Stir well, cover and cook on high for 8 hours, or until the beef is tender.
