Boil 12 to 14 medium potatoes with the skins on. Cool. Peel and cut into cubes.

Fry 1 lb. bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble. Save ¼ cup to sprinkle on top.

Slice 2 large onions. Saute in bacon grease until soft.

Cut 1 lb. Velveeta Cheese into ½-inch cubes.

Slice 1 can pitted ripe olives. Save ½ cup to sprinkle on top.

Mix all the above ingredients together with 1 pint Hellman's Mayonnaise. Salt lightly. Pepper generously.

Place in a 9x13-inch pan, sprinkle reserved bacon and olives on top.

Bake for 35 to 45 minutes at 350°. Or refrigerate overnight and bake when needed. Bake a little longer if very cold.
