1 (15 oz.) package Pillsbury All Ready Pie Crusts

FILLING:
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup milk
¼ cup lemon juice
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
¼ cup margarine or butter
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450°. Prepare pie crust according to package directions for unfilled one-crust pie using 9-inch pie pan. (Refrigerate remaining pie crust for later use.) Bake at 450° for 9 to 11 minutes or until light golden brown; cool.

In medium saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch; blend well. Stir in milk, lemon Juice and egg yolks; cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in margarine and lemon peel. Cool. Fold in sour cream. Spoon into cooled, baked crust. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until set. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator. 8 servings.
