8-inch pie shell
2 cans (1 lb. each) sliced peaches
½ cup sugar
¼ cup flour
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ cup juice
1 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons sugar
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
Drain peaches thoroughly, reserving syrup. Arrange peaches in pastry shell. Mix together in small bowl: ½ cup sugar, flour, salt, nutmeg, butter, syrup, and milk. Pour over peaches. Mix 2 tablespoons sugar and nutmeg. Sprinkle over mixture, filling pie shell. Bake 35 to 40 minutes in preheated 400° oven.
