Ingredients:  
1 pound raw cranberries chopped real fine
1 orange chopped real fine (peeling included)
1 apple chopped real fine (peeling included)
1 large can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup sugar (or sweetner substitute)
1 large box strawberry jello (regular or sugar free)
1 cup boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together cranberries, orange, apple, pineapple, pecans and sugar. Let sit for one hour.
2. Mix jello with hot water and stir until jello is dissolved.
3. Stir into relish ingredients.
4. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours (or overnight) before serving)
