2 cups flour
1 cup salt
4 teaspoons cream of tartar
2 cups water
3 tablespoons salad oil
Food coloring
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix and stir together all ingredients (except food coloring).
2. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until ball is formed.
3. Divide up dough and stir in different food colors
4. Store in a Tupperware container to keep soft
