Boil 1 lbs. country ham slices to make 6 cups broth

Directions:
Directions:
Line cobbler pan with biscuit dough rolled thin. Add 4 cups hot broth. Carefully break 6 to 8 eggs in broth. Add black pepper to taste. Pour over crust. Bake on lower rack about 30 minutes at 400 until eggs are done and the top is brown. Add ham slices and 2 cup broth. Add top crust and bake until brown, 10 to 15 minutes. Take out of oven and add 1 cup milk.
