Bag of bite size bagels
2 -8 ounce pack of cream cheese I prefer the Philadelphia brand
Small red onion
Smoke salmon
Capers

Directions:
Directions:
Depending on the amount of guess you are serving this should make about 30 appetizers
Take the soften cream cheese the onion that you have chopped very fine
mix that together. Chop your smoke salmon up to desired size add that to the cream cheese mixture store in container in the refrigerator until needed
Just before the guess arrive toast bagels put on tray with mixture but capers in another bowl and there you have my interpretation of a new York bagel

I love this when I first decided to make this I was a little worry because not everyone likes salon , but it turned out my guess fell in love with it and some had never had salom. This is my go to appetizer when people stop by
