6 cups dry breag crumbs: corn graham: whole wheat: white
6 TBL butter
3 TBl finely Grated onions
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2lb sausage meat
1/2 lb ground beef
1/1/2 cp chopped celery
May use Stuffing premade and add
Make in oven ( not bird
Moisten with giblet stock.

Mix well . Moister these ingredients lightly with giblet stock : not crumbly very moist.
