1 pkg Ritz Crackers
1 tsp vanilla
1 (8oz) box of chopped dates
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 stick butter or margarine
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook dates and Eagle Brand milk over low heat until thick. Spread over Ritz crackers. Bake at 325 for 10 minutes. Let crackers cool. Mix butter, vanilla, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Spread on top of date mixture. Chill and store in refrigerator.
