1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup chopped onions
3 bags chopped broccoli
8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
salt, pepper, and paprika, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, whisk together soup, mayonnaise, eggs and onions. Place broccoli into a large bowl. Break up into small pieces. Using a rubber spatula, scrape soup mixture on top of broccoli and mix well. Stir in shredded cheese. Spread mixture into baking dish. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.
