24 chocolate stars 1 sp each ( cut in 1/2)
8 oz Pillsbury sugar Free Cake mix (1/2 box) 20 sp
8 TBLS PB2 peanut butter 5 sp
1/4 cup sugar free apple sauce 0 sp
1/4 cup egg beaters 1 sp
1/2 cup water
1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven 350


Mix cake mix and PB2 in a bowl and set aside.

Add wet ingredients to mixer and mix

Add cake and PB2 mixture to mixer and mix 2 minutes.

Portion into 48 mini cupcakes.

Top each cupcake with a 1/2 piece of the chocolate stars

Bake for 14 minutes

Cool on wire rack
